5. Once. the program is uninstalled, try to open MS Word and check if you can download the template.

Solution 4: Repair MS Office
1. Open the To run Dialogue with the keys Windows + R.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and press Get into.
3. Locate the MS Office request. Click on the three dots next to it.
4. Choose Advanced.
5. In the window that appears, scroll down and find the Restart section.
6. In the reboot section, click the Repair button.
5. If you see a UAC looking for permissions, click And.
6. Click Quick repair and then press the Repair button.
7. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the repair.
8. Check if you can download the templates.
9. If not, select Online repair and press the Repair button.
