Tron founder and CEO Justin Sun has finally succeeded in meeting Berkshire President Hathaway and famed billionaire Warren Buffett after a series of delays last year.
On January 23, Sun met Buffett at a private club in Nebraska. The Litecoin Foundation founder, Charlie Lee, Huobi’s chief financial officer, Chris Lee, Binance Charity’s chief of staff, Helen Hai, and eToro CEO Yoni Assia also attended the meeting.
After the event, Sun said:
“It was truly an honor and I am grateful for Mr. Buffett’s dinner, wisdom and vision. I will always remember the kindness and support offered, and I will consider Mr. Buffett’s advice and guidance to make Tron a better ecosystem and business that will benefit all partners in the blockchain space and beyond. “
Sun gave Warrent Buffet a number of gifts, including a Samsung phone loaded with Bitcoin and a number of TRXs that matched the investor’s birthday. Warren Buffet celebrated his 89th birthday.
The famous billionaire Warren Buffett is not interested in Tesla
Apparently, one of the topics discussed was the Tesla company. Sun discussed with Buffet a possible investment in the shares of the electric car manufacturer, given the recent price developments. Buffet, however, believes that Tesla is currently experiencing a boom, and is therefore not interested in investing.

After dinner, founder Tron said he plans to join Buffett and Bill Gates in the so-called “Giving Pledge”. They decided to donate most of their property for charitable purposes.
“Justin’s approach to entrepreneurship, his prospects for investment and business, in general, evolved from lunch with Mr. Buffett,”
said Ryan Dennis, the Tron spokesman.
“There were many learning opportunities and more details that we will discuss in the future.”
