MOSCOW, 20 Oct – PRIME. The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation has a positive attitude towards the idea of integrating social advertising into mobile games, and has worked out the appropriate formulas with contractors, said Vladimir Bengin, director of the Ministry’s Cybersecurity Department.
“We, within the framework of cybersecurity (Department of the Ministry of Digital Development – ed.), came up with some formulas with our contractors for this project (integrating social advertising – ed.), how the same mobile games could be embedded,” Bengin said during a round table on protecting the rights minors on the Internet in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
“You know, ads always pop up on mobile games, this is now the main method of earning money for mobile games. Why not embed socially significant ads into these ads? It’s a pretty good story,” he said.
