The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1630 will launch on May 31 with 512 CUDA cores and 4 GB GDDR6

From what we can see, the NVIDIA graphics card GeForce GTX 1630 will be released on May 31. The GTX 1630 is based on the GTX 1650 and it has a 12nm Turing TU117-150 GPU with 512 CUDA cores and 4GB of GDDR6 memory on a 64-bit memory bus.

The GTX 1630 will feature a much higher Turbo frequency than the GTX 1650 has. According to the information, the speed of the GPU goes up to 1800 MHz. It may be that this is why the TDP has not been reduced and remains at 75W.

The card will feature 4GB of 12Gbps GDDR6 memory. This means that the maximum theoretical bandwidth will be 96 GB/s, not a huge reduction compared to the GTX 1650 with GDDR5 memory (the original model), but that is only half of what the GDDR6 model offers.

NVIDIA has set the release date for May 31. This probably means we’ll hear some news next week at the Computex keynote.
