The stable OxygenOS 12 with bug fixes will go to OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro

OnePlus has started rolling out another stable OxygenOS 12 overlay update based on Android 12 for the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro models. The latest build brings additional optimizations and bug fixes.

Some time ago, OnePlus was forced to suspend the implementation of the update of its overlay for models from the OnePlus 9 family. After the problems were dealt with, the process started again, and now the implementation of the stable version of OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 has started. The new compilation fixes problems with access to 5G networks that began to appear on devices after they were updated to the latest version of Android. It also fixed system update bugs that some users had to deal with.

According to the official announcement, the OxygenOS 12 update is planned for the global and Indian versions of OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. It will be released in stages, so it will take some time for everyone to receive it. Earlier, OnePlus also needs to make sure that no further problems arise, so first it will make the compilation available to a narrower group of users.
