MOSCOW, August 23 – PRIME. The application that allowed VTB customers with iOS devices to use the bank’s services has become unavailable for download in the App Store, a RIA Novosti correspondent said.

In the spring of 2022, the United States imposed sanctions on VTB and Sberbank, as a result of which their mobile applications were removed from the App Store and Google Play.
Later, VTB reported that the bank’s customers can use products and services remotely on any platform.
It is noted that a copy of the bank’s application called Prime Balance, through which customers of a credit institution could access its services, is not issued in the App Store search.
It is emphasized that users of devices on the Android platform still have access to the mobile version of VTB Online, which can be downloaded from the start page of the Internet bank, as well as in official mobile device stores, the credit institution added.
