Trello Business Class and other Atlassian tools available for free for work and distance learning

To deal with the Coronavirus-related health emergency, several manufacturers are opening the doors of their services to all the people who find themselves working and studying at home. That is how Atlassian decides to make its products free cloud based, addressing the companies that embraced it smart working and to the schools currently engaged in distance education.

Atlassian: free access to the Jira suite and to Trello Business Class

The Australian company specializes in the creation of software dedicated to team working and collaboration, development and issue tracking tools. Even in this delicate period, the goal of Atlassian all that remains is to help companies work together and to facilitate business processes through its solutions.

With the aforementioned initiative, the manufacturer decides to make cloud versions of its flagship products available for free, which will now be accessible for teams of up to ten people.

Among the solutions involved in the offer we find Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Desk is Jira Core, which will support the free versions of Trello, Bitbucket and Opsgenie already available. These services, downloadable from the official Atlassian website, offer teams of all types a wide range of features to collaborate remotely.

As Atlassian explains, the health emergency is changing the way teams work together. Smart working has now been adopted by most Italian companies, but the sudden transition from work to office to home can be harmful: every tool used by employees within the company structure must necessarily be transformed into digital key.

With its new remote work hub, Atlassian supports businesses by providing advice on how to stay productive and offering all the free cloud software distributed by the company, as well as access to the integrations of its main partners, such as Slack, Zoom, G Suite is Dropbox.

In addition to the services provided through its latest initiative, Atlassian will also offer free subscriptions to Trello Business Class, 'premium' version of the popular platform that integrates advanced features for workgroups. Subscriptions, lasting one year, are offered to school educators, who will be able to continue the lessons while remaining connected with the students and organizing themselves during the transition to remote training.
