Twitter is testing a new search bar

Social networks are still developing to meet the expectations of users. It is no different in the case of Twitter, which keeps adding new products every now and then. What is being tested this time?

Especially recently, Twitter works on many improvements. Last month, tests of the “browse” function similar to the one known from TikTok began, and the “Quote with reaction” option was recently introduced, although at the moment only selected users can use it. Now, however, work is underway on a new search bar on the Home page for the iOS application. Importantly, there are two types of new search buttons.

The first is identical to the one on the Explore tab. It was placed on the top central part of the Home page, which will make it much easier to browse through tweets. The second is a small circular search icon located in the top right corner of the card. The update is on the server side, so it is not known exactly when the news will reach the users.
