Ubisoft has announced on its official website that its attempt to take advantage of the Battle Royale craze with Hyper Scape will pass away a year and a half after its release. Most likely, you don’t even remember what game we’re talking about, and that’s normal, since about two years ago there was a boom in the release of games of this genre against everyone. The company’s announcement was quite terse, stating that the game will no longer be accessible on April 28. on any of the platforms it is available on (PC, PS5/4, Xbox Series X|S & One).

“Contenders,

We have made the difficult decision to end development on Hyper Scape and shut down the game as of April 28. We set out to create a fast-paced, melee, vertical shooter experience, and we’re so grateful to our community for joining us on our journey. We are going to draw on the key lessons from this game for future products.

To the Hyper Scape community, thank you for your passion and dedication to the world of Neo Arcadia, both in and out of the game. We will always appreciate your devotion to the game we have created.

If you have any questions, please contact us.

Carefully, Hyper Scape “
