Canonical made it available Ubuntu 20.04 LTS "Focal
The pit", new version of the operating system that pays particular attention
on safety and performance. Being an LTS, an acronym for Long Term
Support, this version will be updated until 2025, therefore it lends itself

Another not immediate change to see but important that Ubuntu Software
Tool has been replaced with Snap Store. The icon and name of the store remain
the same, but this new feature allows for simple package management
snap and package. Canonical has stated that there are now 6000 snap apps included
Slack, Plex, Spotify, the entire JetBrains portfolio and Visual Studio Code.
FIDO support for authentication completes the picture
