We know the first graphics cards with 6nm GPUs

Probably already during CES 2022, or more precisely, during the relevant conference on January 4, AMD will announce its Navi 24 GPU, which will power the Radeon RX 6500 XT and RX 6400 graphics cards, which are strictly budget models. However, they will be unique, because they will apparently be the first graphics cards with 6nm processors.

AMD will provide the market with the first graphics cards with 6nm processors

Although this is not official information, but a rumor given by the Videocardz website based on information obtained by its source. According to him, AMD will launch the Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card on January 19, leaving the Radeon RX 6400 available only to manufacturers of ready-made computer sets.

RX 6500 XT

Both cards are to connect the Navi 24 XL graphics processor with 4 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 64-bit bus, but in a different configuration. The RX 6500 XT will have a GPU with 1024 cores and the RX 6400 with 768, while the GDDR6 memory speed will be 16 and 14 Gb / s respectively, which thanks to the AMD Infinity Cache will translate into a bandwidth of 232 and 216 GB / s respectively at TBP at the level of 107/53 watts.

RX 6400

Regardless of the model, the Navi 24 XL GPU, while representing a very low performance segment, will also be the most advanced among other GPUs. All thanks to the production using a 6nm technological process, which is probably TSMC 6nm.
