What is FunFair (Fun)?
FunFair’s (FUN) mission is to create a global network of “fully transparent and secure online games of chance”.
To achieve this goal, FunFair relies on smart contracts, state channels and its own utility token (FUN).
While FunFair is independent of the blockchain, it currently uses Ethereum as its base tier.
To improve scalability, FunFair also uses customized status channels called “Fate Channels”.
Therefore, all game activities are handled off-chain by placing the results on the Ethereum blockchain.
FunFair has pre-mined approximately 17 billion FUN tokens, which are ERC-20 tokens. FUN can be used to bet, pay players, pay license fees, and compensate stakeholders.
