27″ Nano IPS Monitors

Philips announced the launch of two new gaming monitors, the Momentum 27M1F5500P and the momentum 27M1F5800both equipped with a 27-inch Nano IPS-panel along with the AMD FreeSync Pro image synchronization technology. Beyond the panel technology, its size, and the design, they are not at all the same.

Philips Momentum 27M1F5500P reaches a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels with a refresh rate of 240 Hz (144 Hz via HDMI) along with a response time of 1 milisegundo (1ms GtG), covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color space, 111.6% of NTSC, 131.9% of sRGB and 92.9% of Adobe RGB. It has a typical contrast of 1000:1, and a maximum brightness of 450 nitsalthough it is indicated that it has DisplayHDR 600, so it should reach the 600 nits in an HDR mode.

Philips Momentum 27M1F5800 It already ups the ante by offering a 4K resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels with a refresh rate of 144 Hz maintaining the rest of the specifications of the previous model, except that it covers 84.8% of the NTSC color space; 100% sRGB and 93.1% Adobe RGB.
