Announced The Day Before – an online shooter from the Yakut studio, surprisingly similar to The Division

There is such a Yakut company of game makers called Fntastic, which has enlisted the support of the publishing house MyTona. The result of their collaboration at this stage was the announcement of The Day Before project. If you believe the description of the game, then we are dealing with a post-apocalyptic MMO-shooter, which is very much like The Division.

The announcement was provided with a completely enticing description. There will be an open world that has survived a dangerous virus. The action takes place in America, which has become like a real war zone filled with monsters, marauders and other criminals. And the player, accordingly, will need to survive in all this darkness and sorrow.

The gameplay of The Day Before, again, should be similar in many ways to The Division. You will have to look for supplies, search corpses, explore buildings, ride vehicles and gather in groups. In the world of the game there will be a colony of survivors, where the researcher will be able not only to sell the accumulated belongings, but also to engage in simple customization of all his equipment. In all situations with The Day Before, one very strange circumstance can confuse. The posted screenshots of the game are very reminiscent – right up to the setting of the shot and the choice of location – of other similar projects. The similarities with The Division can be traced especially clearly, but on other “screens” we were able to see almost copied frames from the second The Last of Us and Red Dead Redemption 2.

Let’s wish the Yakut game makers good luck, but all this is somehow strange … The Day Before has no release date yet. The release should take place in the second quarter of this year on Steam.
