Bitcoin Switzerland Announces Series A Financing Round

Bitcoin Switzerland, a fintech specializing in cryptocurrency based in Zug in Switzerland, plans to raise at least 50 million francs to accelerate its international expansion.

According to a press release, Bitcoin Switzerland intends to sell 20% of his company's shares with a 275 million Swiss francs pre-money valuation.

The fundraising has already attracted the company's "friends & family", including the Swiss banker Roger Studer of Studer Family Office, who today have hired around 20 million Swiss francs. Currently open to professional and accredited investors (minimum amount CHF 250k), it will continue until June 15.
