The Coinbase crypto exchange reveals that retail investors bought the most bitcoin during the March 12 flash crash.
According to the analysis published on Tuesday, during the collapse of the BTC price, the percentage of retail customers who purchased cryptocurrencies increased from 60% to 67%.
Bitcoin was the favorite currency among Coinbase buyers, with over half of all deposits and transactions. BTC was followed by Ether (ETH) and XRP.
In the 48 hours of flash crash, transaction volumes on the Coinbase platform increased six times from the average.

said Coinbase.
