CoinList claims that it is an SEC-compliant ICO exchange

Twitter and Square CEO Jack Dorsey participated in the latest round of funding for the CoinList crypto start-up.

The platform launched in 2017 is dedicated to ICOs, connecting projects that want to launch a token with accredited investors. Companies that have supported it in the past include PolyChain Capital.

CoinList claims that it is an “SEC-compliant” ICO exchange, and the last round of fundraising for its activity was worth $ 10 million.

Commenting on his decision to financially support CoinList, Dorsey noted:

“Crypto needs a reliable platform for launching new projects. CoinList leads the industry in this role, and trading is a logical logical step. “

Since its inception, CoinList has supported token sales of over $ 800 million.

Among the ICO projects launched on CoinList are Filecoin and Blockstack, the last being the first token offer made in accordance with SEC Regulation A.

Dorsey is expanding its involvement in the crypto industry
