Free translator for Microsoft Office 2007!

Microsoft has created a simple Windows Live Translator integration into their own Microsoft Office suite of programs. At the same time, the Redmond company announced that they are going to integrate the translator for Microsoft Office 2007 and Office 2003, however, they did not do this, postponing this venture. Now Windows Live Translator is called Translator Installer, which appeared in Microsoft Download Center on April 6, 2009. According to Microsoft, the new Translator Installer supports the following programs from Microsoft Office 2007 and Office 2003: Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, Publisher, Visio, and Outlook.

Essentially, Microsoft Office 2007 and Office 2003 users until now have not had the opportunity to use the integrated translator and now they have a full-fledged translator with which you can translate whole text, individual sentences or words, use word search in the dictionary, add your own words or delete them, replace values, and more. Most importantly, now all this can be done directly in Microsoft Office 2007 and 2003. The new version uses the standard Microsoft Translator by default, and if it is unable to translate the desired word or phrase, Office will turn to WorldLingo, which is installed as a backup translator.

With the help of the new translator, you can almost automatically translate the text you need into the required language. The program supports a large number of languages. If you work for a company and you received a document from an international partner, just copy the text and Microsoft Word and click the Translate button that appears next to the “Preview” button. The program does not guarantee a perfect translation, but you can catch the main idea.

Microsoft thinks their translator is very useful for users, although it doesn’t produce great results. If you have installed the translator and then realized that you do not need it, you can easily remove it using the program settings. In the same place, in the settings, you can delete or add the translation language you need. Instructions for setting up and using Microsoft Translator are available on the company’s website and in Office itself in the Help menu.
