Customer Bad Review 1: This item lasted less than a year and a half. We purchased it brand new and are sick that we paid so much money and are now having to replace it with another card. Boooo. Tried to use the warranty through MSI product support and they WILL NOT answer emails or get back to me about replacing this product. Realize that even if the card we bought just happened to be bad, you are dealing with terrible product support as well. STILL TRYING AFTER 3 MONTHS OF CONTACTING MSI AND NO ANSWER, NO LIVE CHAT SUPPORT just Bots.
