“The most important issue that needs to be addressed is improving the quality and availability of communications in our country. Its solution is in the interests of the economy, the state, and the security of society. It is necessary, together with the telecommunications community, to develop a model of quality control that is understandable to users and transparent to operators communication services, determine the parameters and their values,” Lipov said.

According to him, this topic is stated in the program of the forum. “We ask you to pay special attention to it, to develop a unified approach, which will later form the basis of legal regulation of the assessment of communication quality,” Lipov said.
