Motorola moto e30 and moto e40. What do the manufacturer’s new budget budgets offer?

There are new budget smartphones – Motorola moto e30 and moto e40. They are inexpensive, but is that their only advantage?

PLN 599 and PLN 699 – that’s how much the new Motorola smartphones cost. It is not a lot of money, but it does not mean that we should not expect good parameters in this price range. Visually, both models do not differ much from each other, similarly in terms of specifications, although there are some important differences.

Let’s start with the display. moto e30 and moto e40 are equipped with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display, Max Vision HD + resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. In both models we also get the UNISOC T700 processor. In the moto e30 it is supported by 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of built-in memory, while in the moto e40 we already get a 4 + 64 GB configuration. Both smartphones allow you to expand the memory with a microSD card up to 1TB.

Due to the amount of RAM on offer, the difference also appears in the Android version. The moto e30 is based on Android 11 Go, which will be perfect for this amount of RAM. In the e40 we already get a full-fledged Android 11. Motorola has equipped these smartphones with solid 5000 mAh batteries that support 10W charging, a fingerprint reader and Bluetooth 5.0.

As for the cameras, it is also quite solid. Both models offer an 8 Mpix selfie camera and a triple rear configuration consisting of a 48 Mpix main unit (f / 1.79, PDAF), a 2 Mpix depth sensor and a 2 Mpix macro lens.

Looking at the specification, you probably already know that PLN 599 is the amount you have to pay for the moto e30, and PLN 699 costs the moto e40. The former will be available in Mineral Gray and Digital Blue, and the latter in Carbon Gray and Pink Clay. Both models can be purchased on the Motorola website, as well as in electronics stores and selected operators.
