Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 Ti price list – all models without factory overclocking

The bestseller Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 was for many enthusiasts the only option that gave high performance without a price tag in the style of the much more expensive GTX 1080. In connection with the launch of AMD Radeon RX Vega 56, however, there was a change in it, where the red team challenges Nvidia’s bestseller in the class.

As a counterattack, it has therefore been speculated that Nvidia is working on a new graphics card based on a slightly scaled-down GP104 circuit. Most pictures and specifications have previously been searched on the web, and now a number of models and their prices can be found at retailers.

These are a total of eleven models from the manufacturers Asus, MSI, Zotac and Gigabyte. Prices fluctuate between 606 and 746 euros, corresponding to around 5,800 and 7,200 kronor. However, the price points are far from the levels that have emerged in previous data, whereupon these are probably not the final prices.

Previously, the Geforce GTX 1080 offered the full-scale circuit with 2,560 CUDA cores, while the cheaper GTX 1070 offered 1,920 CUDA cores. The GTX 1070 Ti is instead expected to come with 2,432 CUDA cores, which should mean that the model ends up close to the GTX 1080 in terms of performance.

In an attempt to counteract competition between its own products, Nvidia is therefore said to have banned factory overclocked models – something that also appears in the product listings. Each model offers the same clock frequency, 1,607 MHz in bass frequency and 1,683 MHz turbo frequency.

Furthermore, the cards are equipped with the memory type GDDR5, compared to GDDR5X on GTX 1080, which further distinguishes the models. It is worth mentioning that end users will still be able to overclock the Geforce GTX 1070 Ti, despite the limitation for third-party manufacturers.

The Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 Ti is expected to be unveiled on October 26, with sales starting on November 2. The recommended price has been stated in advance to be 429 USD, corresponding to around SEK 4,400 including VAT.
