Rosatom discusses with China and India new sites for the construction of nuclear power plants
VLADIVOSTOK, 7 Sep — PRIME. Rosatom is discussing with China and India new sites for the construction of nuclear power plants, said the general director of the state corporation Alexei Likhachev.
Russia and Myanmar signed a roadmap for cooperation on peaceful atom
“We are discussing new platforms, new directions,” Likhachev said at the Eastern Economic Forum.
According to Likhachev, China and India are Rosatom’s “anchor” partners in Asia, current projects there are being implemented on time or ahead of schedule, and these countries are increasing cooperation with the Russian side.
EEF-2022 takes place on September 5-8 on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University on Russky Island in Vladivostok. RIA Novosti acts as the general media partner of the forum.
