As you probably well know, the latest Qualcomm processor is to be called Snapdragon 8150. It turns out that it is in the testing phase and has just been caught in the Geekbench database.
In tests, it achieved over 3,200 points for one core and over 11,000 points for many cores. The Snapdragon 845 in the same test achieves approximately 2,500 points and approximately 8,900 points respectively. So the increase in performance is quite substantial.
The Snapdragon 8150 is made similar to the Kirin 980, i.e. it has two super-efficient cores, two efficient cores and four slightly weaker cores. It was made in 7 nm and has an independent NPU unit. New smartphones equipped with this processor should easily conquer the market and be at the forefront of the rankings. The only question is whether Snapdragon 8150 will be able to beat Apple Bionic A12?
