In addition, according to sources, the federal government will continue to hold on to the previously announced idea of ​​a surcharge for the use of gas from consumers.

Bloomberg reported earlier on Tuesday, citing sources, that the German government had reached a preliminary agreement with Uniper and its main shareholder, Finnish Fortum, to nationalize the country’s largest gas importer. On July 8, the company requested state support from the German government, citing a reduction in supplies from Gazprom.
