This Raspberry Pi based Arcade slot machine is like a work of art

Certain JamHamster he boasted on his Twitter account of the latest design that gives the impression of a wet dream to anyone who remembers old consoles and arcade games in salons.

The Raspberry Pi minicomputer powers the unique Arcade game machine

Created in the comfort of home, the Arcade game machine is based on the Raspberry Pi 3 B +, but the project was more demanding and did not only require the creation of the housing itself and inserting the Raspberry Pi 3 B + minicomputer into it. The creator had to modernize it to handle non-standard inputs and outputs, but it is the cabinet that plays the first fiddle here.

Weighing about 500 grams, the metal box looks like a chrome finish, and its design is wonderfully emphasized by an orange vinyl foil with a smooth texture. Despite its low weight, this Raspberry Pi-based Arcade game machine is said to hold firmly to the tabletop thanks to the sticky anti-slip pads, and it naturally combines both the screen and the controller.

Its joystick, accompanied by six large metal buttons, is equipped with an 8mm ball bearing. There are also buttons, but these are no longer responsible for controlling the game, but for launching and managing the console. In turn, the poorly measured headphone port was replaced with a 9-pin Atari controller input. The materials for the housing alone cost 75 British pounds, or 400 PLN, and the equipment is obviously not available for purchase.
