Tim Draper’s fitness studio accepts bitcoin and pays trainers $ 1000 per hour

Bitcoin mega investor Tim Draper sets the deadline for his prediction that bitcoin will be $ 250,000 in a few months. He did this during the opening of Grit BXNG, a new gym in Manhattan.

In an interview with Yahoo Finance, Draper announced the launch of Grit BXNG. This is the first boxing gym that accepts bitcoin. During the same interview, he also returned to his earlier prediction when the rate of bitcoin becomes $ 250,000. He sticks for a few months:

$ 250,000 in 2022, and I’ll adjust it a bit. Perhaps only the first quarter of 2023. It may be the first quarter of 2023, but bitcoin will be $ 250,000 anyway.

During his own Draper Block (chain) Party on 12 April 2018 and therefore in the middle of the bear market, Draper made his first 250K prediction. The seasoned investor alludes to all the big money he could lose by spending his bitcoin in the gym.

Bitcoin is strong

The venture capitalist also points to the curious path that bitcoin is currently taking. What needs to happen for bitcoin to gain more legitimacy to attract the assets of a broad group of investors.

A thousand dollars per hour

Although Draper was initially reluctant to pay his fitness costs in bitcoin, Draper is positive about payments in bitcoin. He thinks that by accepting payments in BTC, Grit BXNG can avoid hefty credit card costs.

The sports studio, with group training, boxing lessons, a cocktail bar and trainers earning a thousand dollars per hour, opened its doors on Thursday in Manhattan.
