On December 28, the Xiaomi 12 series powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor was finally presented. However, it was only a Chinese premiere, and unfortunately we have to wait for smartphones to enter the global market.
We have already got used to the fact that some time has to pass from the launch of smartphones in China to the global one. Usually it is a matter of several months, which in the case of ordinary devices does not make that much difference. It is different, however, when more anticipated models, such as the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro, which were presented on December 28, debut.
If we look at the premiere of the Mi 11 series, we will notice that it was also presented by Xiaomi on December 28 (2020), and globally – on February 8, 2021. It gives us a hint as to the debut of Xiaomi 12. However, it may turn out that we will have to wait much longer, because the latest reports indicate the turn of February and March. This is due to the ongoing shortage of chips that the entire industry is struggling with.

Of course, for now, this is unofficial information and speculation, so it remains to wait for a message directly from the manufacturer. Nevertheless, it is worth being prepared that we will not buy Xiaomi 12 in Poland so quickly.
