ZTE Blade X1 officially presented – Snapdragon 765G, NFC and 4000 mAh battery for $ 385

The Chinese company ZTE Corp has unveiled a new mid-range smartphone with support for fifth-generation mobile networks and a modest main camera. The new product is called ZTE Blade X1 and runs on the Qualcomm platform.

The smartphone is equipped with a 7-nanometer single-chip Snapdragon 765G system with a frequency of up to 2.4 GHz and Adreno 620 graphics. The Snapdragon X52 5G modem card is responsible for supporting the fifth generation mobile networks. The mobile processor is paired with 6 GB of RAM. The built-in flash drive is designed to store 128 GB of information.

ZTE Blade X1 received not the best main camera in the middle price segment. It is represented by four optical modules. The resolution of the main and ultra-wide angle is 48 megapixels and 8 megapixels, respectively. There are also two 2MP sensors for background blur and macro photography. For comparison, the same camera is used in the Redmi Note 8, which starts at $ 140, which was announced a year and a half ago.

Another disadvantage of the novelty was the display. It is built around a 60 Hz Full HD + panel, while most mid-range smartphones use 90 Hz screens. What’s more, the $ 390 Redmi K30S uses a 7nm Snapdragon 865 chipset and a 144Hz panel. The diagonal of the matrix is 6.5 inches. The fingerprint sensor is installed on the back.

ZTE Blade X1 runs on Android 10. The included battery capacity is 4000 mAh. The smartphone received support for Near Field Communication, a jack for wired headphones, a USB-C port, as well as wireless controllers for Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 5. The overall dimensions are 164 x 76 x 9.2 mm, and the weight is 190 grams.

Despite the fact that ZTE Corp was included in the list of companies that pose a threat to US national security by the administration of Donald Trump, the novelty went on sale in the US market. The cost of the ZTE Blade X1 was $ 385.
