After AMD launched its new graphics cards Radeon RX Vega 56 and Vega 64 earlier this year, many enthusiasts are waiting for models from partner manufacturers with, among other things, more expensive coolers. However, it was recently reported that both MSI and Gigabyte are investing in the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 Ti over AMD’s models.
Now the first image of a Radeon RX Vega 64 from partner manufacturers can be found on the web via Videocardz and it is about Gigabyte’s Gaming OC model. According to information, Gigabyte has backed down about its decision to only make the Radeon RX Vega 56 after they received new deliveries of Vega circuits.
The cooler is believed to be a new variant of the company’s Windcore 2X cooler, where it comes equipped with two fans. In terms of connections, the model has three HDMI and three Displayport.
When it comes to clock frequencies, these are expected to be slightly higher than those for the reference model, but some exact specifications are not yet available. The current launch and price are also currently unknown, but previous information suggests that it may take as long as November.
