Bakkt platform announced the start of testing of bitcoin futures contracts, and testing will begin on both daily and monthly contracts.
On the Bakkt platform, futures will be placed, which will be traded on the ICE Futures U.S. site, and clearing will take place with the help of its own Intercontinental Exchange clearing house – ICE Clear U.S.
Bakktus will offer traders access to Bitcoin futures contracts with the ability to deliver an asset, which is different from those calculated in dollars on the CME and CBOE exchanges. In the case of delivery contracts, traders receive the asset itself, in this case bitcoins.
