A statement by the association said that the vulnerability identification program will enable a scalable and secure launch. Libra will run this program in collaboration with the HackerOne community, but any developer has the opportunity to check the project code.

The most important bugs identified and their solutions will be publicly presented, in an effort to ensure the transparency of the activity. The program also includes rewards of up to $ 10,000 for what the company considers “critical issues.”

Bug Bounty program for safety and compliance

Marcus has repeatedly promised that measures will be taken to make the Libra project safe, complete and in accordance with the law. During the hearings before the United States Congress, he promised that they would make every effort to gain the confidence of both the public and the authorities. Also. promised ongoing talks with industry MPs and players as Libra cryptocurrency plans develop.

The crypto members of the Libra association remain optimistic

Recently, the Financial Times magazine announced that some members of the Libra association are beginning to have concerns about the authorities’ attitude towards the project. Apparently, the distrust and increased attention paid to Libra have raised concerns.

However, the crypto members of the association, which include Coinbase, Xapo and Anchorage, and Bison Trails remain optimistic. Most likely, their attitude is due to the fact that actors in the crypto industry are used to negative reactions from authorities and governments.

A spokesperson for the Anchorage crypto trading company said:

“Our team believes in the Libra mission and we are proud to be a founding member of the Libra Association. I am confident that the Association and its members will resolve the regulatory concerns. We look forward to further conversations with decision makers. “
