ASUS USB-AC56 is a wireless network adapter that supports 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands, has a built-in signal distribution module for all connected devices, and also uses modern Ai Radar technology to expand the coverage area of a Wi-Fi network. The device is connected to a computer via the USB 3.0 interface.
The functioning of this adapter requires a special driver on your PC. To install it, go to the “Files” section and download the archive with drivers that are suitable for your operating system. Then unzip the contents of the archive into a separate folder, open the “Start” menu, type the phrase “Device Manager” in the search field and open this panel. Next, in the “Network adapters” section, right-click the network device and follow the steps “Update drivers” → “Search for drivers on this computer”. Then specify the path to the folder with the drivers that you downloaded earlier and follow all further instructions on the screen.
To install the updated version of the driver for Windows 10, you need to unpack the corresponding archive into a separate directory, run the Setup.exe file, select the language and specify the driver storage location.
