Graphics cards from Chinese processor manufacturers can be found on the web

Zhaoxin is one of the companies driving the development forward, primarily through processor development. . According to photos from Twitter it looks like the company, in addition to processors, has now also expanded to graphics cards. The image first appeared on Chinese social media and is said to originate from Glenfly Technology, a subsidiary of Zhaoxin. The unknown graphics card in the image is alleged to be Zhaoxin’s “Ji Rui 3,000” running a performance test from Unigine Heaven, but whether the alleged model is correct is not known.

Last year, Zhaoxin unveiled plans for a graphics card with a self-designed graphics circuit made using TSMC’s 28-nanometer technology. The company promised support for DirectX 11 or DirectX 12 as well as a power consumption of a maximum of 70 watts. Since the graphics card in the picture appears to be powered directly through the motherboard, it rhymes well with previously promised power consumption. In addition, the graphics card appears to be equipped with a slightly frugal cooling solution, an HDMI and a VGA connection.

It is not possible to draw any conclusions about the performance based solely on the image, other than that it is probably not a top model to maximize the latest games. Neither Zhaoxin nor Glenfly have officially unveiled the product yet, nor any other graphics card for that matter. There are some rumors circulating that the graphics card in the picture is a completed project that does not get a launch at the moment, but it has not been confirmed. As Glenfly, according to Tom’s Hardware, does not use third-party hardware, it is likely that the product shown is their own, although it remains to be seen exactly what they have succeeded in doing.
