While Meta is trying to bring our lives to the multiverse, NVIDIA is doing something similar, advanced reality simulations, great things. Today about how NVIDIA’s Omniverse helps companies work and grow, and how it can save the Earth from a climate catastrophe in the future.
Omniverse may be the key to saving Earth. The latest information about him was revealed at the MWC in Barcelona
On the panel discussion, Ronnie Vasishta, NVIDIA’s senior vice president of telecommunications, explained that NVIDIA intends to create an accurate simulation of our world called Earth 2. It will be a digital twin of the entire planet called “Earth-2” for modeling a climate that has already proven itself in reality. BMW and Ericsson know it very well.
In practice, Omniverse simulates the real world in photorealistic graphics, but at the same time is “more than just a game engine”, thanks to, inter alia, “Obeying the laws of physics.” This is what led NVIDIA to develop a version of the automobile factory for BMW as part of the project in Omniverse, enabling the company to conduct tests under theoretically real conditions.

This gave BMW the opportunity to simulate to improve entire factory processes as well as fine engineering details. In turn, Ericsson used Omniverse to test and optimize its 5G network infrastructure deployment by examining real-time metrics. The project simulated 5G access across the city, making it possible to decide prematurely how to proceed with the entire work.
