OKEx launches futures trading in USDT
The OKEx exchange has announced it will launch futures trading in Tether (USDT) with a leverage of up to 100X.
According to the press release, the contracts will have daily settlement and offer pairs with Bitcoin (BTC), EOS, Ether (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), XRP, Classic Ethereum (ETC), Bitcoin SV (BSV) and Throne (TRX).
OKEx argues that offering derivative contracts based on stable cryptocurrencies will provide a more efficient means of calculating risks.
USDT futures contracts will be launched on November 14, and USDT Perpetual Swap will be launched on December 9.
Meanwhile, Binance has announced that daily trading volumes for futures contracts reached an average value of $ 2 billion.
