After months of rumors and leaked information, Nvidia launched its new graphics card Geforce GTX 1660 Ti last week. The model was the first with a heavily stripped-down version of the graphics architecture Turing, where dedicated silicon for both ray tracing and machine learning had to be ironed on the foot of the new circuit TU116, in favor of a lower price tag and better energy efficiency.
