The Kawasaki company boasted about its new project, which may one day form the basis of a modern and hyper-efficient goods center. There is both a helicopter with a hypermotorbike engine and a ground crew cooperating with it in the form of a low robotic platform.
The K-Racer X1 robotic helicopter is actually a small car-sized unmanned drone that rises vertically on a helicopter-style upper rotor. However, at the point where the tail rotor is usually located to balance the torque, this machine uses two forward-facing propellers mounted at the end of the narrow wings for this purpose. These serve as propulsion, supporting the lift generated by the wings.

Kawasaki equipped this helicopter with an engine from an H2R motorcycle that generates all of 300 horsepower by combining a 1-liter capacity and boost. However, despite such impressive power, the K-Racer X1 is only able to fly with 100 kilograms of payload. This actually comes down to an automated robot that drives under the helicopter’s box between the skids with the target shipment.
