Krasnoyarsk to invest 818.8 billion rubles in the production of energy resources

The largest investment projects are the construction of the West Taimyr industrial cluster for the production of coal concentrates by Severnaya Zvezda LLC, the project ” Vostok Oil” and the development of the Evenki deposits of NK Rosneft, the construction of a complex for the production of petroleum coke and a hydrocracking complex at the Achinsk Oil Refinery,” the press service of the government said.

The government noted that on Tuesday all eight sectoral programs for the next three years were also approved. Thus, in the program for the development of metallurgical production, the total volume of shipped products by 2025 will exceed 1.5 trillion rubles, and investments over three years will amount to 517.8 billion rubles. The largest investment projects will be the expansion of the capacities of the Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant, the Talnakh Concentrator and the implementation of the Sulfur Program of Norilsk Nickel, the implementation of the Southern Cluster project by the Bear Ruchey company, the construction of the ZIF-5 gold recovery plant by the Polyus company and the KrAZ environmental modernization project by the company Rusal.

It is planned to invest more than 120 billion rubles in the energy sector over three years, and 19.2 billion in mechanical engineering. The largest energy projects are related to the modernization of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station, NTEK JSC and a branch of PJSC FGC UES. Also at the meeting of the regional government, sectoral programs for the development of agriculture, transport, construction and the forestry complex were adopted.
