Luxembourg warns of this scam

Contrary to published advertisements, the Luxembourg Regulatory Agency warns that the Cryptominingoptionsignal project is not licensed in this country. The Financial Sector Surveillance Commission (CSSF) has published on the official website a notification with the following content:

“The Financial Sector Surveillance Commission (CSSF) warns the public about the activities of an entity called Cryptominingoptionsignal. CSSF informs the public that Cryptominingoptionsignal is unknown to them and that the entity has not received any authorization to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg. “

The company seems to provide crypto portfolio management services and has a New York address on the site. It is also mentioned that the company is licensed by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 0078/07.

At the end of July, the UK supervisory authority, FCA, reported an email scam. Apparently, a letter entitled “Chance of winning chance” circulated via email, as from FCA.
