Among them was the GA104 graphics processor, which was never released by Nvidia, but more importantly, the company also registered the names GTX 2080 and GTX 2070, which may mean that this is what the latest designs from Nvidia will be called.

Many sites have been writing about the GTX 1180 or 1170 for months, so changing the name would be quite a fuss. It is possible that the cards were supposed to be named like that from the beginning, and the portals came up with a different name.
