MSI is not a new player in the gaming periphery market. The offer of this company, famous primarily for graphics cards and laptops, also includes mice and keyboards, but the recent premiere of Vigor GK71 Sonic has brought MSI’s position to an even higher level. This keyboard features new MSI Sonic mechanical switches.
On the occasion of CES 2022, MSI prepared a whole lot of equipment, including laptops. Fans of mechanical keyboards even got something special for themselves, because together with the presentation of the Vigor GK71 Sonic model, the world of switches has had their next version. I am talking exactly about MSI Sonic intended for players who are unique on the market.
MSI Sonic was developed in cooperation with Kailh and as a strictly gamer model, they have a linear mode of operation and require only 35 grams of force to activate. This is a level more characteristic of optical switches, but even Kailh has a similar product on offer, though compatible only with square spindles.

MSI Sonic, in turn, are examples of traditional illuminated mechanical switches with Phillips endings. As far as we know, the Vigor GK71 Sonic keyboard equipped with it will cost $ 119, and the set includes both a wide wrist rest and multimedia keys with a knob on a housing made of aviation-grade aluminum.
