After rolling out a steady stream of new graphics cards with the Turing architecture under the hood, Nvidia took a break this spring after the launch of the Geforce GTX 1600 series. This summer, however, the graphics card party resumed with the new Super variants, which both replaced and filled the company’s current range of Geforce RTX cards with higher-performance models in each segment.
Now it’s time for the Super story to continue down to the Geforce GTX series. Today launches GTX 1660 Super, which squeezes in between the existing cards GTX 1660 and GTX 1660 Ti with the goal of offering good energy efficiency and good performance for gaming at 1080p.
The question is whether the newcomer has anything new to bring to today’s graphics market? You will find the answer in SweClocker’s test lab!
