Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti: Confirmed By Retailer!

In the latest beta AIDA64 video card support included Nvidia TU116.

At the moment, we are almost sure of the reality of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, especially when the new video card was noted in retail, at the same time as the card was mentioned in the program code.

Four different versions of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti have appeared on four different Russian retail sites including CSN, Mitcor, NIKS, and Albasoft. The graphics cards listed in the stores include the upcoming Gaming X and Armor models from MSI, as well as the Palit Storm X and Storm X OC versions.

By continuing to explore the alleged product pages, we can clarify some of the specs of the GTX 1660 Ti. It looks like the graphics cards will indeed get 6GB of GDDR6 video memory, but potentially the memory will run at a slightly underclocked 12Gbps.

The reference speeds of the GTX 1660 Ti also appear to be between 1500 MHz and 1770 MHz. Finally, the video card will be equipped with 1536 CUDA cores and 96 texture units.

Unfortunately, none of these sites appear to list prices, but previous reports have suggested that the graphics card will cost $ 279 (RUR 18,000 + VAT).

In comparison, the Nvidia GTX 1060 offers 1280 CUDA cores, 80 texture units, 1506 MHz base clock and 1708 MHz top clock. The Nvidia RTX 2060, on the other hand, is equipped with 1,920 CUDA cores, 120 texture units, a base clock of 1365 MHz, and a base clock of 1680 MHz.

We can discuss the reliability of Russian sites all day long, but along with the retail listings, the existence of the Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti seems almost undeniable thanks to the latest beta of AIDA64Extreme.

According to the software notes, this release “adds information about the nVIDIA TU116 GPUs,” a number assigned to the GPUs of Nvidia’s 16-series GTX graphics cards.

Given the speed and regularity of the latest leaks, we are extremely close to the official release of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. Only time (and Nvidia) can determine the accuracy of this report.

Here are the best graphics cards available in 2019.
