MOSCOW, 21 Oct – PRIME. The first in Russia production of 5D printers was created with state support in the Volgograd company Stereotek, the technology will allow printing any industrial parts, the administration of the Volgograd region reported.
“The first Russian production of 5D printers was launched with state support at the site of the Volgograd innovative company Stereotek,” the agency said in a statement.
It is noted that the company received state support of 100 million rubles, which made it possible to create production. According to the administration, 5D printers can print any industrial parts, including replacements for imported ones. The company has launched four lines, which will allow to produce up to one thousand products per year. It is noted that the technology can be used in aircraft and automotive industry, prosthetics and other areas.
