Samsung shows its 8K TV model

The race to be the first company with an 8K TV is in full swing. At IFA, Samsung unveiled its first 8K QLED TV, which will actually go on sale.

The model is called Q900FN and the design is a bit like classic TV sets. It offers true 8K resolution and AI scaling. The maximum brightness is to be 4000 nits and the TV is to offer support for the HDR10 + standard. Other interesting things are a single connector with an optical cable, a mode that allows you to blend into the wall, display messages, photos or weather.

So far, the company has not disclosed the price or exact availability of the Q900FN. I suspect, however, that it will be available for sale soon – LG also showed an 8K TV at IFA and someone has to be first. I only wonder how expensive this construction will be.
