This is the first such laptop in the world. ASUS Vivobook 13 Slate OLED impresses with its screen

Vivobook 13 Slate OLED is expected to be available in December in a package with a month’s free access to Adobe Creative Cloud and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Prices remain unknown, but we know it will be a unique laptop on the market … at least according to the manufacturer.

The premiere of ASUS Vivobook 13 Slate OLED, the first such laptop in the world

ASUS says its new Vivobook 13 Slate OLED is the first 2-in-1 laptop with a 13.3-inch 16: 9 OLED screen running Windows. This touch display, reinforced with Corning Gorilla Glass, with a brightness of 550 nits with Dolby Vision support, is its main and most important feature. It is worth mentioning that this display has 100% support for the DCI-P3 color gamut, a contrast ratio of 1,000,000: 1 and the VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification.

On the specification side, ASUS chose an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 quad-core processor with iGPU, which is complemented by 8 or 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage in the form of an SSD drive. Vivobook 13 Slate OLED also offers two USB-C ports, two 3.5mm Jack connectors, a microSD card reader, Bluetooth 5.0 and 802.11ac Wi-Fi. This is completed by a four-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system, a 5MP front and 13MP rear camera, a ClearVoice microphone and a 50Wh battery with 9.5 hours of battery life and fast charging (60% in less than 40 minutes).

An important part of the versatility of this laptop is a detachable stand with a 170-degree hinge, contoured keyboard keys, a large touchpad, as well as a Pen 2.0 stylus with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity, a sampling rate of 266 Hz and four interchangeable tips.
