Windows 7 with a new bug: "You don't have permission to shutdown your PC"

Although support for Windows 7 officially ended on January 14, it seems that Microsoft in one way or another will be forced to release an additional corrective patch after the one released in recent days to solve the problem of the "black background", a bug sudden that users encountered after installing the update KB4534310, what should have been the last official for Windows 7. After its installation, in fact, several users have complained of a problem with the desktop background: the wallpaper went black when configured in Stretch mode (Fill).

The patch that solved this problem seems to have introduced another one, quite curious: many users report that when the system is turned off Windows 7 warns them with a message that informs them of not have the permissions to be able to shut down the computer. Around the network various causes and various stratagems have been hypothesized that seem to have been successful only in sporadic cases.

Microsoft has announced that it has received reports, but has not yet confirmed the problem and has not released any official notes. It is likely that the company will be forced to work on a patch, despite the end of the support: the risk otherwise of being the target of heavy accusations if someone wanted to start raising the suspicion that it is a scamotage to induce the public to pass to Windows 10.
