Currently, a large number of smartphones are being updated to Android 9 Pie. It turns out that tests of the successor of the system, which will be called Android Q, are already underway.
The Geekbench benchmark result has just appeared on the web, showing the Xiaomi MI 8 SE with the latest operating system. The smartphone obtained 1830 points for one core and 5819 points for many cores. This means that the new system is slowly beginning to reach the producers.
Xiaomi MI 8 SE has a 5.88 inch AMOLED display. Inside there is a Snapdragon 710 and 6 GB of RAM. On the back, the manufacturer placed two 12 MP + 5 MP cameras and a single 20 MP in the front. The smartphone has advanced AI that makes it easy to even take photos. So it is an ideal mid-range product for testing purposes. However, it seems that Google may release the new system too quickly, after all, many smartphones do not even have Android 9 Pie.
