Binance supports Numbers blockchain startup

Binance invested in Numbers, a young Taiwanese shoot specializing in blockchain and the data traceability.

The industry leader in cryptocurrency trading, Binance, has just announced a investment (undisclosed amount) in the data infrastructure provider Numbers.

The team Numbers has solid technical experience and expertise in creating blockchain applications with practical use cases. We are pleased that Numbers is part of the Binance ecosystem, ”said Gin Chao, chief strategy officer at Binance.

Based in Tapei, Numbers develops an "open, transparent and traceable" data framework that ensures the traceability of data and digital evidence.

Taiwanese company claims to have previously worked with Stanford University and IBM on the Starling project to create data verification systems to preload applications on Exodus, the range of blockchain smartphones from the manufacturer HTC.

“We want to help create traceable and reliable data through an open data infrastructure. The investment of Binance will help us explore more usage scenarios and accelerate technology and business development, ”added, Bofu Chen, co-director of Numbers.

Following the operation, the application Numbers has been integrated into the Binance Chain. This month, Binance also invested in the stablecoins emitter BxB.
